The app provides objective insights for addresses and ZIP codes using publicly available information and external links (e.g., Google Street View, GreatSchools, FEMA maps). We do not host or scrape listing data from third parties.

None. We do not collect analytics, device identifiers, location, contact info, or any personal data.

How the app works

Address/ZIP input: processed locally to show analysis and open public websites.
Voice narration: uses on-device text-to-speech; audio is not uploaded or stored.
Links: when you open external sites (e.g., Google, GreatSchools, FEMA), their own privacy policies apply.

Permissions

No sensitive permissions (no camera, microphone recording, location, contacts, or tracking).

Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
